Q: Does the Know Yourself Journal come in a hard copy?

A: No. A lot of my students love that the journal comes as a fillable pdf, so you can type directly into it and save a copy on your device, meaning that you always have it with you. You’ll also receive a high quality printable pdf so that you can print it (or particular pages of it) and you could have it bound at Officeworks or somewhere similar. Having a digital copy also means that you can use it again if you want to revisit any of the sections later.

Q: Is there a discount for bulk orders?
